ROOM RATES (room arrangement only)

• PHP5,200 per night with breakfast for 4 persons (for 4 adults and 2 children aged 11 and below)
• PHP20,000 per night for all 8 rooms (for 26 persons regardless if adult or child, breakfast not included)

• PHP40,000 per night for all 8 rooms plus exclusive use of restaurant and garden area for the scheduled booked date (for 26 persons regardless if adult or child / PHP15,000 consumable for restaurant items / corkage fees)

ADD-ON CHARGES

• Additional person charge of PHP500 per night inclusive of breakfast and using existing bed set-up (no extra mattress)
• Additional person with extra mattress and breakfast = PH1,000 per person per night
• Shuttle Service: Legazpi City /Legazpi airport transfers or Tabaco City /Tabaco seaport at PHP850 per van per way.
